Rainbow Pride Flags

I offer gender-affirming therapy for trans, nonbinary, and LGBTQ+ adults across California. My work focuses on helping you move through anxiety, depression, and the impact of living in a world that doesn’t always make space for you—while also making room for joy, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

This is a space where you can show up as you are, without performing, explaining, or shrinking.

I have been working in the areas of alcohol, drugs and with clients with co-occuring disorders for 35 years. I believe that recovery is not just about stopping use, but also about looking at underlying issues and deeper, on-going growth.

Relationships: romantic, friends, family & work
Dancing Hands

Humans are relational beings. At times those relationships can be a struggle.  Often people come to individual therapy when they are entering a new relationship, struggling in a current relationship or getting out of a relationship. Together we explore your relationships past and present. We will work towards healing old wounds, learning about healthy boundaries and building a sense of peace and satisfaction in your current relationships.

This area of my work focuses primarily on couples who are breaking up, separating or divorcing, helping them through the process in a respectful and thoughtful manner. I am an experienced Family Court Mediator, working closely with couples to understand their needs and to develop comprehensive and developmentally appropriate custody plans and agreements.
